I took on the task of coming up with a plan to generate more sales, sell more memberships, create brand-awareness, attract more events, cut costs and improve recruitment.
Aanpak
During my internship I concieved new marketing campaigns for City Golf. I also analysed the company's costs and made recommendations as to how they could use their network to facilitate recruitment
Resultaat
The new marketing campaigns led to a growth in sales and memberships, a rise in brand-awareness and the number of events.
The new recruitment strategy led to a significant drop in recruitment costs. I was also able to create direct links with future students for placements and hire new staff directly.
